TrailerHitchesOne.com ships via FedEx and UPS. Extra shipping charges will apply for all orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.

With each order, you will be contacted by us via email with information regarding who your shipping company is. From time to time, we will have a manufacturer ship your item directly to you if we are out of stock. This is the exception, and we prefer to control that part of our business. If this does happen, we internally track your package for you, providing you with updates as often as you like.

Trailer Hitches leave Michigan, standard ground. Delivery times range from 2-6 days depending on were you live. We can provide you with a tracking number for your product as soon as it ships, or at about 48 hours, if requested.

Shipping Damage:

If the box arrives damaged, the product inside may still be undamaged. Please assess the product thoroughly before assuming the product is damaged due to the condition of the box. If any product is damaged, we ship a whole new unit to you, and at that time a call tag will come for the damaged goods. You pay no expenses, and we interface with the carrier to get our money back for the damages and additional freight.

Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Cookie/Tracking Technology

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All returns must be authorized by contacting us at RETURNS@TRAILERHITCHESONE.COM We will reply with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE, authorizing the return. Please see "how to return a product” section below

Orders canceled after 24 hours may have already been shipped. If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the canceled order if it has been shipped.

If the return is due to an error by Trailerhitchesone.com, we will send a return label/call tag to send back the hitch. Trailerhitchesone will only issue 1 call tag. If you do not have the product ready for pickup upon arrival of FedEx or UPS, you will be responsible for shipping the hitch back to us at your expense.

If a hitch is being returned due to your error, i.e.; wrong vehicle, wrong size, shape or color, you will be responsible for shipping the hitch back to us.

1. All returns must have Return Authorization code written on box. Packages arriving without a RA number will be returned to sender. 2. All items must be complete, in the original packaging. Refunds with pieces missing will not be issued a “full” refund. Covers showing signs of being used or abused will be returned to you at your expense. 3. The hitch will be inspected upon return and at that point a credit will be applied to your account. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to show on your electronic statements.

A return code should be clearly shown on the box that is returned. Returns missing a return code will be denied and NO refund given.

We are unable to cross ship. All “exchanges” will need to be returned before the replacement is shipped.

If a hitch arrives with a missing or defective piece, please contact us at service@trailerhitchesone.com and we can arrange to have a replacement piece sent out promptly.

How to return a product:

1. Please email us - Returns@trailerhitchesone.com Please include your name, phone number, address and order number. It is also helpful if you give us a brief reason for the return. We will contact you with a Return Authorization Code. 2. Upon receiving notification we will arrange for a call tag to have the hitch picked up. Please be sure that you have written the RETURN CODE on the box. Packages without Return Authorization codes will be denied and returned to sender at your cost. 3. The hitch will be inspected upon return and at that point a credit will be applied to your account. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to show on your electronic statements.
